IVF medication prices in 2026: TrumpRx, cash pharmacies, and insurance compared
Medications are the part of IVF that is never in the clinic's quote, and the part where the channel you buy through changes the price by 5–10×. Prices below are per unit, observed on the dates in the sources.

The EMD Serono coupon (TrumpRx)
Gonal-f, Cetrotide, and Ovidrel are sold at flat self-pay prices through EMD Serono's Fertility Instant Savings program, reached via TrumpRx.gov: Gonal-f 450 IU $252, Cetrotide $22.50, Ovidrel $84 (observed Sept 2026). It is a coupon, not a storefront: you need a valid prescription from your own clinic, must be self-pay for the fill (no insurance on the claim), 18+, US resident; Medicaid, TRICARE and VA patients are ineligible. Fills run through CVS Specialty, Freedom Fertility, or VFP with free shipping. Menopur (Ferring) and Follistim (Organon) are not in the program.
When insurance is still the better channel
If your plan covers fertility drugs and you have already met your pharmacy deductible, coinsurance on the negotiated price can beat cash. Cash and coupon purchases usually do not count toward your deductible. Run both numbers.
